3. Trial Policy

Our 10% trial policy allows clients to evaluate the first 10% of project work before committing to full payment. If you are not satisfied with the trial deliverables, you may cancel without obligation. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive complete ownership of all source code, designs, and deliverables created for your project. This includes:

Full source code with no restrictions
All project documentation
Design assets and files
Database schemas and configurations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or any proprietary data to third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

MachSpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
